Berdasarkan pasal 37, 38, dan 39 <a href=\"http:\/\/pa-barru.go.id\/images\/Direktori\/PDF\/UU-Nomor-14-Tahun-2008.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 <\/a>Tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik, yang prosesnya sebagai berikut :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penyelesaian Sengketa Melalui Komisi Informasi<br \/> Pasal 37<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Upaya penyelesaian sengketa informasi publik diajukan oleh komisi informasi pusat dan\/atau Komisi Informasi provinsi dan\/atau Komisi Informasi kabupaten\/kota sesuai dengan kewenangannya apabila tanggapan atasan Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi dalam proses keberatan tidak memuaskan Pemohon Informasi Publik.<\/li>\n<li>Upaya penyelesaian Sengketa Informasi Publik diajukan dalam waktu paling lambat 14 (empat belas) hari kerja setelah diterimanya tanggapan tertulis dari atasan pejabat sebagaimanadimaksud dalam Pasal 36 ayat (2).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pasal 38<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Komisi Informasi Pusat dan Komisi Informasi provinsi dan\/atau Komisi Informasi kabupaten\/kota harus mulai mengupayakan penyelesaian Sengketa Informasi Publik melalui Mediasi dan\/atau Ajudikasi nonlitigasi paling lambat 14 (empat belas) hari kerja setelah menerima permohonan penyelesaian Sengketa Informasi Publik.<\/li>\n<li>Proses penyelesaian sengketa sebagaimana dimaksud pada ayat (1) paling lambat dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu 100 (seratus) hari kerja.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Pasal 39<\/strong><br \/> Putusan Komisi Informasi yang berasal dari kesepakatan melalui Mediasi bersifat final dan
