Adagium tersebut secara&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">implisit&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">menjelaskan tugas seorang hakim dalam mengadili dan memutus perkara, yaitu memeriksa peristiwa dan fakta hukum (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">konstantir<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">), menelaah fakta hukum yang terbukti (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">kualifisir<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">) dan mengimplementasikan kaidah hukumnya (<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\">konstituir<\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\">).
