Ulang tahun Mahkamah Agung menjadi momen penting untuk merefleksikan kinerja lembaga peradilan, khususnya dalam tulisan ini Pengadilan Agama. Pengadilan Agama memiliki kewenangan dalam mengurus perkara perdata yang berkaitan dengan hukuim islam. Adapun kewenangan pengadilan agama meliputi perkara perkawinan, wasiat, hibah, wakaf, zakat, infaq, shodaqoh, dan ekonomi syariah. Semakin berkembangnya zaman, dinamika masyarakat berubah dengan cepat. Pengadilan Agama dituntut untuk menyelesaikan perkara yang diajukan oleh para pencari keadilan dengan cepat, akurat, dan efisien. Selain itu, dalam semua proses di Pengadilan Agama (PA) sejak penerimaan perkara hingga putusan diterbitkan dibutuhkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas. Tulisan ini dibuat semata-mata untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan kinerja di setiap satuan kerja di PA dan langkah-langkah tranformasi yang diperlukan PA untuk menghadapi masa depan.<\/p>\n<p
