A. Pendahuluan<\/p>\n

Setiap negara memiliki landasan ideologi, sering kita sebut sebagai falsafah negara. Ia lahir dari nilai-nilai yang hidup, berkembang dan ditaati oleh suatu komunitas masyarakat. Nilai-nilai ini melandasi setiap pikiran, perasaan, perbuatan dan hubungan antar individu yang terjadi di dalamnya. Dalam konteks yang lebih luas, nilai-nilai ini yang kemudian mengkristal sebagai falsafah negara mendasari berjalannya sistem atau tata kelola pemerintahan suatu negara.<\/p>\n
