Pendahuluan<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 1rem;\">Hibah merupakan salah satu bentuk perbuatan hukum yang lazim dilakukan dalam kehidupan masyarakat, baik dalam konteks hukum Islam maupun hukum perdata di Indonesia. Hibah adalah pemberian suatu benda dari seseorang kepada orang lain secara cuma-cuma dan dilakukan ketika pemberi masih hidup. Namun, dalam praktiknya, sering timbul persoalan ketika pemberi hibah ingin membatalkan hibah yang telah diberikan.
